What is the Four Hands Ritual?
The Hellenic Divine Feminine Four Hands Ritual © Path of Vision is a ceremonial experience in which two facilitators — Iris and Nicoletta — work in synchrony, creating a unified field of shared presence that invites the body to release accumulated tension, emotional density, and energetic fragmentation.
The foundation of the ritual rests on the understanding that the feminine body carries memory: not only personal experience, but emotional layers, ancestral imprints, and unspoken stories carried through time. In modern life, where women are often stretched across multiple roles and responsibilities, this connection to one's own embodied presence gradually weakens.
The ritual offers a profound return to this original state of wholeness.
How does the session unfold?
The session lasts one and a half hours and takes place in our Salone Magnolia — the hotel's yoga room, quiet and sheltered, designed for experiences of deep care. Towels and everything necessary are provided by the hotel.
The session follows no fixed structure: it is guided by the intuitive flow of the two facilitators, who create a synchronized rhythm that brings the nervous system into a state of deep regulation and stillness.
The approach is non-invasive and gentle, suited for women experiencing emotional exhaustion, disconnection from themselves, or simply seeking a space of authentic, restorative care.
What emerges is described by the creators themselves as a grounded softness — a sense of inner spaciousness that is difficult to find elsewhere.
