How to reach us:

By car: From Bellinzona, take the highway exit toward Locarno, continue through the Mappo Morettina tunnel to Brissago. In Brissago, after the traffic light, take the first right onto "Via Costa di Dentro" and continue for about 600 m.

By train and bus: Take the train to Muralto/Locarno. At the station, take bus number 316 to Brissago and get off at the "Municipio" stop. From the stop in front of Caffè Incontro, you can take bus line 8, which will take you to the Nevedone stop. Timetables are shown below.

How does check-in work?

Check-in is completely self-service, easy and fast. Through your booking, you can access the reserved area to complete online check-in and enter all your details. This way, you will be registered at our hotel.

On the day of your arrival, you will receive a message or email with the key box number and the code to open it.

In the room, you will find a mini fridge to keep your drinks cool, a complimentary body care set, a hairdryer, an electric kettle with a tea set, two wine glasses for an in-room aperitif, an umbrella for rainy days, and free Wi-Fi.

Of course! At Garden Hotel Primavera, we love children of all ages! We offer family rooms with 3 or 4 beds, and children can enjoy games in our lobby as well as a table football in the patio.

Yes, Garden Hotel Primavera has free parking located on Via Costa di Dentro just above the hotel and on Via Bertogna, just below the hotel, after 150 meters on the left.
If all parking spaces are occupied (rare, but it can happen), we invite you to park in the nearest blue zones (check Google Maps or your preferred app to find the closest public blue parking areas).

At our hotel, we offer a delicious plant-based buffet breakfast with both sweet and savory options. The menu changes daily, featuring homemade desserts and hot dishes such as pancakes, beans in sauce with rice, arancini, potato and vegetable patties, sweet couscous, and much more. We also have permanent offerings like vegan cold cuts, bread, croissants, fruit, yogurt, and a variety of cereals.

On your departure day, you need to go to the reception to settle your bill and return the keys. This is very important.

How do I check out?

To get the Ticino Ticket, you must first register online (complete online check-in), then send us a message or email to request the Ticino Ticket. The Ticino Ticket is valid only for the duration of your stay.

What type of breakfast do you offer?

Breakfast is available every morning from 7:30 to 9:30. It is recommended to reserve breakfast in advance.

How do I get the Ticino Ticket?

Yes, we have baby cots available. However, it is important that the request is made specifically in the booking or by contacting us directly. We cannot guarantee a cot in the room if the booking is made less than 10 hours before arrival.

How much does breakfast cost?

Breakfast costs CHF 20 per person and includes everything on the buffet. Children up to 4 years old eat for free. Children aged 5 to 12 years pay CHF 10 per child.

Is the hotel suitable for children?

The cost for a dog is CHF 20 per dog per night.

From what time can I check into my room?

Normally, rooms are ready starting from 3:00 PM. On the day of your arrival, the message containing your key code will also specify if the room is ready earlier.

I haven’t received the key box code. What should I do?

Check your email. If you booked through Booking.com or Airbnb, check directly in your account under the "messages" section.
If you have just made the booking (less than 10 minutes ago), please be patient. Use this time to complete online check-in (the link is in your booking confirmation messages).

I booked a room through Booking.com and later requested to change my reservation to a different room category, which Booking.com confirmed. Do I need to do anything else?

Yes, you must contact us to confirm availability. Unfortunately, Booking.com cannot update reservations in our PMS (hotel calendar), so even if Booking.com has confirmed your change, our booking system is not aware of it and we will need to make the modification manually. If the room is not available, the change cannot be made. Please contact us immediately to avoid any unpleasant surprises.

I want to cancel my reservation, but the free cancellation period has expired. Can I still request a refund?

If you cancel less than 3 days before your arrival date, you will still be required to pay for your reservation. To avoid this inconvenience, we suggest purchasing travel insurance, which allows you to request a refund. Garden Hotel Primavera does not provide such insurance. To obtain coverage, you can book through Booking.com, which offers travel insurance at a reasonable price (this insurance is offered with every reservation). Purchasing insurance is your responsibility, and under no circumstances will the hotel be liable for enforcing the booking conditions, which you agree to at the time of booking.
